On September 25, Qidong County, Hunan Province held a comprehensive exercise of water emergency rescue in 2022. Under the scene, the emergency situation of ships, water rescue, and waste oil leakage were simulated at the scene. In the end, the tasks were successfully completed. A total of 50 people participated in the exercise of Qidong County Transportation Bureau, Qidong County Emergency Administration, Qidong County Environmental Protection Bureau and other relevant units.

This exercise is divided into four links, namely ships, fire rescue, water loss rescue, waste oil leakage disposal, and rescue people who are trapped.

At 10 am, the water emergency rescue exercise in Xingqing Street Wharf, Guiyang Town, Guiyang Town, Qidong County officially started. A ship simulation accidentally dropped the water when a passenger was playing outside the cabin. The crew immediately threw the life circle to the falling waterman and reported the situation to the captain. Essence After receiving the help signal of the detachment, the maritime law enforcement boat that patrolled nearby immediately drove to the ship. After the maritime law enforcement boat arrived, the water dropper was rescued by the crew. Subsequently, the medical workers immediately rescued the water falling and the cardiopulmonary rescue, and contacted the 120 first aid.

During the exercise, the personnel of all parties strictly followed the operation process to obey the command, and successfully completed the drilling items such as falling water rescue, ship fire extinguishing, rescue of trapped people, waste oil leakage disposal. Complete rescue steps.

This exercise is conducive to improving the skills of the Qidong County Water Search and Rescue Team to respond to emergencies, and test the ability of Qidong County's water emergency command, rapid response, emergency disposal and collaborative operations.
