End of August, Yi Pei also came to an end in Phoenix's shooting project. She put away the camera equipment for business trips such as BMPCC, tripod, and sliding rails, and the backpack was a lot lighter. Entering the new semester, graduation thesis has become the most urgent task, and Yi Pei also starts the rhythm of writing papers every day.

Yi Pei is 24 years old and comes from Yongshun County, Xiangxi. She is not only a graduate student of Grade 2020 News and Communication, but also the founder and legal representative of Shiying Culture Media Co., Ltd.

Pick up the camera to focus on the world, and let go of the lens to pursue dreams. The following three short films revealed the road of Epip's entrepreneurial.

"One shot, one line, one heart and one heart"

In 2016, 18 -year -old Yi Pei was admitted to the Junior University of Literature and Journalism and Communication in Jiyi University. In the summer of 2018, she went to Hunan State TV Station for internship and participated in the large -scale cultural tourism program "ingenious Xiangxi". In Jinlong Village, Huayuan County, Yi Pei aimed at Wu Yingji, the heir heir of Miao embroidery. The needle line in the on -site photography monitor flew up and down like a butterfly, and set Wu Yingji's summary of the characteristics of Miao embroidery: "One needle, one line and one heart."

The "ingenuity Xiangxi" program is the beginning of Yi Pei's contact video production. In the episode of "Huayuan Miao Embroidery", Yi Pei is responsible for early planning and on -site scheduling. Before the scene, the script was changed three or four times, and I was always dissatisfied. So Yi Pei further searched Wu Yingji's background information and found that when Wu Yingji's childhood, her mother had taught her to piercing a needle to lead. "This is this!" Yi Pei and his colleagues decided to restore Wu Yingji's childhood in the video.

The next day, Yi Pei and his colleagues engaged in a campaign to solicit little actors in the city of Jishou, and the studio suddenly became lively. During the formal shooting, Yi Pei wore a bag between actors, cameras and other staff at 7 o'clock in the morning. She was young, but she was unambiguous, and was recognized by the predecessors at the scene.

This internship experience not only laid the technical foundation for Yi Pei, but also made her discover that western Hunan had such a special culture and beauty, and photography could record these beautiful records and pass them out. In Yi Pei's heart, the seeds of entrepreneurship are germinated.

Entrepreneurship live up to spring

Four years later, Yi Pei graduated from undergraduate and was admitted to the graduate student of his school. In September of the same year, she founded Shiying Cultural Video Studio in the school. At first, I just wanted to exchange photography experience with like -minded partners, but as the video production moved to professionalization, the establishment of a company became a must. With the support of the University Student Incubation Base of Jishou University, in July 2021, Yi Pei founded Shiying Cultural Media Co., Ltd. with his partners.

Everything is difficult to start, and the epidemic makes Yi Pei's entrepreneurial more difficult. In the days when many matters were forced to stagnate, Yi Pei learned how to do business licenses and manage finances from scratch. The most fatal thing is that the project is not available, and the company is almost not paying.

At this time, Feng Fei Media's Yan Liang introduced a business to the company -the micro -film "Entrepreneurship of the Entrepreneurship" of the Jishou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Yi Pei knows that this job opportunity is not easy to come, and you have to go out and take out the works that make customers satisfy.

Although there are only three people in the company, everyone is strong. This time the shooting target is an employee who has no experience in photogenic. They were very nervous in front of the camera. Some people blinked frequently, and some people flushed. While soothing the shooting object, Yi Pei urged his partners to be patient and meticulous to capture natural shots as much as possible.

In this way, in the cold wind in the late autumn, Yi Pei and colleagues took a five -day shot for five days. Coupled with the later production, it finally handed over the works that satisfied customers for half a month.

The name "Entrepreneurship is not upset in spring" is just like Yi Pei's epitome of entrepreneurship. After the successful filming of this micro -film, Yi Pei has developed a monthly business plan, relying on Jida's resources to gradually expand the market. At present, Shiying Culture Media Co., Ltd. has identified in -depth cooperation with Xiangxi TV Station, Xiangxi State Cultural Tourism Bureau, Xiangxi State Taxation Bureau, Xiangxi Xuanyi Troupe, Hunan Expressway Xiangxi Branch and other units.

Encountered in the warmth of the world

In the first half of the year of entrepreneurship, Yi Pei watched a movie every day, and learned from the works of famous guidances such as Kurosawa and Lou Ye. Compared with the first shooting, Yi Pei said that his biggest change was the gradual formation of director thinking and breakthroughs in the color of the picture, which is also the basic point of business videos.

For Yi Pei, in addition to the good picture, in addition to the good picture, you also need to respond to the concerns of society.

"Make the powerless person and let the pessimist go forward." This is the New Year's greetings in "Southern Weekend" in 1999, and it is also the original intention of Yi Pei's application for news. During the undergraduate period, she participated in the "Sanxiangxiang" activities organized by school organizations.

In the Garden of Love, Yi Pei saw young teachers who gave up in large cities and lively and sensible children. After graduation, she always wonders whether she can do something for them. Therefore, when Yi Aiyuan contacted Yi Pei, he wanted to shoot a documentary, Yi Pei agreed without thinking.

In the camera, Yi Pei depicts the love of educators and the optimism of the children from the perspective of the teacher. Outside the camera, children are constantly being curious about the shooting. Yi Pei will stop shooting and let the children try to try the machine. She hopes to plant the seeds of photography in the hearts of these children, "leaving them with technical enlightenment."

In the spring of 2021, Yi Pei and colleagues produced a documentary for nine and a half minutes for Yongshun County Chou Aiyuan, named "Meeting in the warmth of the world".Teacher Li in Love Garden watched this documentary with the children, called Yi Pei to express his gratitude, saying that everyone liked it very much.The close -up of the sun in the Garden in the Garden is the warm color that Yi Pei prefers.In her heart, the staff of the Love Garden is like the sun, and her mission is to pass this warmth.

In the future, Yi Pei intends to stay in Xiangxi, continue to describe his hometown culture with the lens, tell the story of ordinary people.There are many things she wants to do: digging ethnic stories, recording non -remaining craftsmen, innovative experimental short films ...
