The Youth League Committee and Youth Volunteer Branch of each College:

In order to inject fresh blood into the volunteer team of our school, to ensure the continuity and integrity of the volunteer and talent echelon construction of Shangqiu Institute of Technology, guide more young students to participate in volunteer service activities to serve students, serve schools, and services in person. 1. Recruitment object

All freshmen at the 2022 level and other unregistered volunteers at all levels

2. Recruitment time

September 26, 2022 -October 10, 2022

3. Recruitment conditions

1. Must be a student who is registered in our school;

2. At the age of fourteen years old;

3. Comply with national laws and regulations and school rules and regulations;

4. Have the spirit of dedication;

5. With the basic quality of the volunteer service action;

6. Comply with the various articles of association systems for the management measures of the student volunteer service management of Shangqiu Institute of Technology;

Fourth, recruitment procedure

1. Students who are willing to become young volunteers, submit personal information to the class group branch according to the format of "Shangqiu Institute of Technology Young Volunteer Information Registration Form" (see Annex 1). Summarize, report the class branch of the class as the unit to report to the youth volunteer branches of each college;

2. The college youth volunteer branch will review, summarize, record, and leave files on the information forms submitted by the class branch of each class. The information forms that are not satisfied and standardized can be returned. After the review, summary, filing, and file stay, the official seal of the college is stamped to the college as a unit to report to the school youth volunteer federation (Room 6316 of Qinzhengyuan);

3. The school Youth Volunteer Federation will conduct a final review of the list of personnel reported by each unit, and review, summarize, record, and leave files on the volunteer information;

4. After the final trial is passed, the volunteer certificate and badge are issued, and the content of the volunteer certificate is completed within the specified time to ensure the follow -up registration and stamp work.

5. Work requirements
