In the city's courtyard, workers are replacing the lamp tube and replaced the original 30 -watt lamps into a 12 -watt energy -saving lamp. On the other hand, workers are installing the air -conditioning energy -saving monitoring management system. This system can keep the air -conditioning setting in the summer of 26 degrees Celsius.

It is understood that with the aging of electrical equipment, power consumption has continued to increase. To this end, the Ruian Municipal Affairs Management Center introduced a professional transformation company to replace old appliances with energy -saving appliances, install intelligent management systems, and build Internet of Things platforms to intelligently control and control the main electromechanical equipment in the building to achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction.

Wang Jian, deputy director of Ruian Business Department of State Grid Zhejiang Comprehensive Energy Service Co., Ltd., said that after the project was completed, the energy -saving rate of the entire city's large courtyard was estimated to reach more than 5%through technical energy -saving means and refined energy control.

Since the beginning of this year, the Municipal Affairs Management Center has strictly implemented the "green low -carbon · energy saving and emission reduction" work, and took the lead in implementing contract energy management projects in the city's large courtyard. According to reports, the project was constructed on May 17th. At present, 1607 renewal lamps have been replaced, with 78 downlights, and 395 fan coils. According to calculations, through contract energy management, the city government is expected to save more than 140,000 degrees of electricity in one year, saving more than 90,000 yuan.
