my country is one of the most severe natural disasters in the world. There are many types of disasters, a wide range of distribution, and high frequency, causing heavy losses. This is the basic national conditions of my country. Since 2022, my country's floods, hail, geological disasters, droughts, low temperature frozen, earthquakes, forest fires, etc. have occurred to varying degrees, and some disasters even cause large casualties and economic losses. Under the effects of various factors such as the new coronary pneumonia, climate change and frequent occurrence of natural disasters, the risk of urban and rural disasters is still severe, and it also puts greater challenges to the construction of urban toughness.
