The China Disabled Persons' Federation held the 20th Session of the Seventh Council

The meeting studied the formulation of the "Occupational Training Service and Management Measures for Disabled Persons (Trial)". The formulation of methods is conducive to further strengthening the management of vocational training services for disabled people and improving the quality of professional training in the disabled. Emphasize the characteristics of vocational training in the disabled, effectively strengthen the management of professional training for the disabled, give full play to the role of the vocational training of the disabled, and promote the comprehensive development and common prosperity of the disabled.

The meeting studied the relevant matters of the national disabled sports training base. It is pointed out that the national disabled sports training base has made important contributions to my country's athletes in international and domestic events. Emphasize the role of the national disabled sports training base, and do a good job of preparing for training in major sports events.

The meeting reviewed the "Methods of the China Disabled Persons and Public Electrical Culture (Trial)". It is pointed out that this is an important measure to strengthen the construction of the informationization of China's disabled and promote the scientific, institutionalized, and standardized work of electronic documents. Emphasize the need to strengthen business training, further optimize the processing process of electronic documents, and ensure efficient operation of official documents.

The meeting reviewed the budget transfer plan of the China Disabled Persons' Federation Department in 2022. It is emphasized that strictly in accordance with the relevant requirements of the integrated budget management and the relevant provisions of the central department's budget adjustment, strengthen the management of the use of funds of the disabled, improve the efficiency of funds, and promote the smooth development of various tasks of disabled people.

The meeting studied the relevant matters of the asset disposal of public institutions. It is pointed out that this is an effective measure to implement the responsibility of the asset management of the institution and strengthen the management of state -owned assets. Emphasize the strict performance of asset disposal related procedures to ensure legitimate compliance of asset disposal.

The meeting also reviewed the "Regulations on State Secrets of the Personal Work".

Before the meeting, the Council held a lecture and participating in the participants collectively studied the "Malacahak Treaty of the Malacakh, which provides convenience for blind people, visual disabilities or other printed disabilities." It is pointed out that the implementation of the treaty in my country fully reflects the party and the government's special concern for the cause of disabled and disabled.
