Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, September 26 (Reporter Zhao Wenjun) In order to promote enterprises to further establish and improve the food safety responsibility system, the General Administration of Market Supervision has recently issued the "Regulations on the Supervision and Management of Enterprises Implementing Food Safety Body Responsibility", which will be implemented from November 1, 2022.

This was learned by the reporter from the General Administration of Market Supervision on the 26th. This provision aims to strengthen food safety responsibilities of the main person in charge of the enterprise, keep the bottom line of food safety, and effectively ensure the "safety on the tongue" of the people.

In terms of improving the corporate responsibility system, it is stipulated that food production and operation enterprises to establish and improve food safety management system, implement the food safety responsibility system, and have a certain scale of food production and operation enterprises. The main person in charge of the enterprise is responsible, the food safety responsibility system is responsible for the grades of food safety director and food safety officer.

In terms of improving the risk prevention and control mechanism, it is stipulated that enterprises to establish a dynamic management mechanism based on food safety risk prevention and control, formulate a list of food safety risk management and control, and establish and improve the work mechanism of daily management and control, weekly inspection, and monthly adjustment. At the same time, the relevant legal responsibilities have been improved, and the enterprise has not been implemented in accordance with the law that the enterprise has not implemented the food safety responsibility system and has not been equipped, training, assessment of food safety directors, and food safety officers in accordance with regulations.
