Changde City releases forest fire prevention ban orders

On September 22, the Changde Municipal Government issued a forest fire prevention order. The fire period from September 22, 2022 to April 30, 2023. The ban on the fire is within 30 meters of forest land in the city's administrative area and 30 meters from the edge of the forest land.

During the ban on the fire, the following behavior is prohibited in the ban on the fire area:

Boil paper on the grave, burn incense and candle; set fireworks and firecrackers, Kong Ming lanterns, etc.; Carrying flammable and explosive items; smoking, picnic, barbecue, baking fire heating, etc.; Burning fire and accumulating fertilizer or burning fields, crop straws, orchard weeds, etc.; other behaviors that are likely to cause forest fires.

According to the "Several Provisions on Forest Fire Fire in Hunan Province", during the ban on the fire, if the fire is used in a fire -prohibited area without approval, and the forest fire is not caused, the forest fire prevention authorities of the people's government at or above the county level are ordered.
