Chapter 1 General Principles

Article 3 The identification, rewards and guarantees of seeing righteousness in the administrative area of ​​the province shall apply these regulations.

If residents of the province are identified as personnel outside the administrative area of ​​the province, their pension and social security in this province applies to this province.

Article 4 The people's governments at or above the county level are responsible for the reward and guarantee of righteousness as personnel, and establish and improve the coordination and cooperation mechanism between the government and their relevant departments and the same level as the same level of righteousness.

Chapter 2 Review Determination

Article 11 After seeing righteousness as a behavior, any organization or individual may recommend or declare from the county (city, district) to the county (city, district) within three months. Article 12 counties (cities, districts) see that righteousness shall complete the investigation and verification within 15 working days from the date of receiving recommendation or declaration.

If other processing results or identification conclusions are required as the basis for identification, the processing and appraisal time should not be included in the determination period.

Article 13 If the righteousness is not a reporter or the recommender, the county (city, district) where the behavior occurs is investigated and verified by the righteous agency. If the situation is true, the review shall be organized in accordance with the procedure.

If there is no objection during the publicity period, the county (city, district) sees righteousness to work institutions shall be determined and informs the applicants and recommenders in writing. Article 15 The county (city, district) see the report and recommendation that the work agency shall notify and recommend the applicant and the recommender in writing, and explain the reasons in writing. Article 37 In violation of the provisions of these regulations, if the employer deducts the salary, bonuses and other welfare benefits to see the wages, bonuses, and other benefits of righteous personnel, it shall be criticized and educated by the Human Resources and Social Security Department and shall order correction.

Article 40 In violation of the provisions of these regulations, if the laws and administrative regulations have already been punished, they shall be implemented in accordance with their regulations.
