Wang Lei pointed out that the data trading market has a broad prospect. According to IDC, it is estimated that by 2025, the total amount of data generated by China will reach 48.6ZB, accounting for 27.8%of the world's. Essence It is not difficult to see the importance of data in the entire economic market.

At the same time, the continuous deepening of data policies also provides guidance for the development of data transactions. Wang Lei sorted out the launch of the introduction of national data transaction related plans such as the "Fourteen Five -Year Plan" Big Data Industry Development Plan "Development Plan for the Big Data Industry", "Fourteen Five -Year Plan", "Pilot Overall Plan for Comprehensive Reform of the Election Marketing Configuration" The continuous emergence of more than 30 local data management measures and other regulations, promoting the legislation of data transactions is becoming increasingly improved.

It is worth noting that as a new thing, the data transaction still faces many legal issues. For example, how to define the power and responsibility of the data trading platform? What obligations should the multi -party subjects participating together? How to balance data transactions and personal information protection? How to pricing data transactions? Wang Lei believes that this is worth discussing, and it is also an obstacle facing data transactions.

Regarding the above issues, Wang Lei suggested that first of all, data transactions must be carried out on the basis of ensuring data security. Secondly, a dynamic data classification system is formed based on different scenarios. For the new proposition of data transactions, it should also maintain an open thinking and attitude to promote the pilot and flexible circulation mechanism, and ensure the orderly implementation of the industrial chain within the scope of the red line. It should be emphasized that the self -discipline and related industry standards of the data platform are also important indicators and samples that need to be paid attention to, and they must clearly use the purpose and method of use.
