Huaiyin City: Improve the level of rural road services to facilitate travel to promote development

In order to further enhance the level of rural highway construction and traffic capacity, solve the weak links that affect the imbalance of urban and rural development in the jurisdiction, and promote the development of regional rural revitalization, industrial prosperity, ecological livability, and lively and balanced development. In 2022, Huaiyin District Water Affairs Bureau and Municipal Engineering Service Center took the "Four Good Rural Road" construction project as the starting point to vigorously implement the agricultural and rural basic transformation and upgrading project. As of now, under the protection of strengthening organizational leadership, increasing funding guarantee, refining construction procedures, and strict grasp of engineering quality, the region integrates the joint efforts of manpower and financial resources to complete a total of 6.3 kilometers of the "Four Good Rural Road" construction projects.

With the completion of the "Four Good Rural Roads" one by one, the original rural road was changed to new face. In the past, the "Cement Road", which was "a soil in a sunny day, a mud" on a rainy day, became a livelihood road, an industrial road, and a rich road.
