Inside, millions of aquatic plants and flowers and seedlings are planted along the coast of Qujiang in it, combining ecological protection shores with wetland landscapes to repair the river ecology along the river. Ecological wetlands such as Mingyueyu, Sanhe Tuan, and Baihezui along the way have become the leisure tourism place for Guang'an people. It not only protects the Qujiang ecology, but also drives the development of local rural tourism.

However, 3 years ago, this lush park was still a barren beach. The largest tributary of the Quling River is about 23 kilometers. Many years ago, local villagers were farmed along the river. Its agricultural fertilizer and sewage and local domestic sewage were discharged into the Qujiang River, destroying the water and soil of the river.

Yan Fuxiu, a villager in Baihezui Village, said that she usually works in the park and can still have her own at home on weekends. The local agricultural products were sold to tourists, which further achieved income increase.
