The gate of the recruits is always solemn and beautiful, exuding mysterious colors under the mapping of the starry sky. When I stood in front of the barracks again, the memories seemed to be clicked, all time turned back, and the past was vivid.

Unlike the last time, this time I was the monitor of the new training, and last time I was a recruit. Putting down the brutal was a little excited besides being nervous.

In the fall of 2018, I was 19 years old, and this was my first encounter with the recruits. When I first entered the camp, I was curious, strange, and full of panic. In the memory, the squad leader always had a face, and it seemed that she had seen her smile until the new training ended.

If I asked me what training at that time, I can only say, tired, really tired, sleepy always filled the whole body when the pillow is stained, I don’t know how many nights of dreams, I am in my dreams, I am. There are passwords and movements in my mind ...

On one occasion, we organized the study of emergency collection, and the pre -enrollment training had heard the emergency collection, but obviously I did not understand the word "emergency" enough. One second ago, the squad leader was still patiently taught us how to play backpacks. In the next second, with a whistle, he pulled an emergency collection.

Too late to think about it, we had to hurry up and rush out. When the gathering was completed, the monitor did not unexpectedly face his face: "I have taught so many times, can I not learn it? You can see what your backpack is like!" Our embarrassment in exchange for a chopping face and covering face Criticism.

Then, the emergency collection over and over, we gradually became proficient and numb. The squad leader seemed to be loose. When I was finally relieved, but the crisp whistle awakened us who was about to sleep.

But the difference is that this time we are in an orderly manner, no longer busy, and when the collection is completed, the squad leader will no longer pick problems, but let us go back to rest. I still remember that I was tired that day, but I slept lightly, for fear that the whistle sounded again.

There is another thing that impressed me the most. When I first entered the camp, the squad leader told us the story of her in the barracks when chatting. We all heard it. Obviously, we asked our birthday and everyone didn't care.

Under the strict military management, we did not expect that in the as if seemingly only institutional and orders, there will be surprises -that day, the squad leaders secretly prepared a grand collective birthday banquet for everyone. It was the first time I had a collective birthday and the first time I felt the warmth from the collective.

Everyone sings a birthday song together, takes pictures together, and eats cakes together. This feeling is really wonderful. It is a kind of happiness. What surprised me even more is that this exquisite cake is also the hands of the cooking squad leader.

I have to say that the cooking squad leader is really universal. The cooking skills are exquisite, and the early days of the new training have always been the most fragrant in my memory. The so -called "full, don't want home", my heart is more full of longing for the life of the army. I think this is also a feeling of home.

In fact, before I came to bring a recruit this time, my heart was still very embarrassed. Looking at these recruits's immature face, I will also think of themselves 4 years ago. Now I will lead them into the big family of the military camp. Of course, it is impossible to sail smoothly in this process. From another perspective, touching a nail and sip of water is an indispensable wealth in the process of growth and progress.

Leading is destined to be an important lesson for studying and growing, because I once grew up step by step from a recruit. The current recruits are generally high in education, fast learning, and more active thinking, and the problem of handling is very flexible. However, their self -esteem is also very strong, and criticism is deep.

A person's ability is limited, and it is impossible to be a leader in all aspects. They must also encounter various difficulties and setbacks, but frustration and difficulties are not terrible. The terrible thing is to be knocked down by difficulties. Only by facing frustration and overcome difficulties can we make great achievements in the vast world of the barracks. This is a challenge that belongs to them, and it is also my challenge.

In short, leading soldiers is a science. Only by continuously improving their level, communicating with them more and learning can they maximize the enthusiasm and initiative of the recruits. Care more, encourage more, help more, and constantly mobilize the enthusiasm of the recruits to work and train, understand them as soon as possible, let them adapt to the troops, establish a life margin on their own military road, and put it into the hot military camp life!
