Lai Longqiao was built in the eighth year of Tongzhi (1869) in Tongzhi of the Qing Dynasty. The old name was Jiangjia Bridge. The original site was at the east exit of Zhuxiang Street and the north entrance of Jiangxiang Street. A stone arch bridge.

Later, the bridge of the Longqiao was relocated to Luoxi Park as the original, and the river under the bridge became the inner lake of the park.

Nowadays, the high bridge body of Longqiao is like a Changhong lying on the water. The semi -circular bridge holes are combined with one with the reflection in the water. It synthesizes a jasper ring. The railing on both sides is carved with exquisite stone carvings.
