In the eyes of him and the fisherman of the previous generation, the White Capital Dolphin is the iconic animal of the Yangtze River. During fishing, Liu Qisheng rushed to the front line like the past. One day, near the Railway Bridge in Yichang, an illegal fishing fisherman stole more than 50 kilograms of river fish. When he wanted to leave, he was arrested by Liu Qisheng and other fishermen. In the end, the fishing net was collected and fined 10,000 yuan.

"Now illegal fishing is getting less and less, and sometimes it can't be found together for a year." Liu Qisheng said.

What Liu Qisheng was pleased was that there were more and more porpoons in the Yangtze River. Even in the Yichang River section in December, the porpoise, known as the "smile angel", "often jumped out of the water to say hello to us."
