2. Strict implementation of the "Administrative Measures for the Prevention and Cooling Measures" (Safety Supervisor Chongjian [2012] No. 89) stipulates that when the maximum temperature of the daily maximum temperature is above 40 ° C, it should stop outdoor open -air operations; In the following, the outdoor open -air operations must not exceed 6 hours.

3. In strict accordance with the "Notice on the release of Henan Province's High -temperature allowance standards" (Yu Lao News Agency [2008] No. 6), the distribution methods and standards are issued, and high -temperature allowances are issued on time for workers engaged in high -temperature operations. High -temperature allowances are listed from costs and are included in the total salary, excluding the scope of the minimum wage standard. The employer shall not deduct or reduce the wages of the workers due to shortening the working time, and shall not provide money to replace the heatstroke and cool down drinks.

Fourth, arrange the operation time reasonably, reduce outdoor operations during high temperature hours, adopt rotating operations, appropriately increase the rest time of workers in high temperature environment, shorten the continuous working time, reduce labor intensity, and prevent heat stroke.

V. Organize a health check on high -temperature operations and find that the physical condition is not suitable for the high temperature operating environment. Timely adjust the post, and the cost of occupational health inspection shall be borne by the employer.

6. Carry out professional health knowledge and education activities, popularize relevant laws and regulations of heatstroke and cool down, help workers understand the protection measures and individual protection methods of high temperature hazards, master high temperature hazards, and effectively improve the self -protection awareness and ability of workers.

7. Employers shall not arrange for pregnant female employees and minors to engage in workplace operations with outdoor open -air operations and temperature above 33 ° C during high temperature weather above 35 ° C.
