Hundreds of waterproof can compete for the "Hubei Craftsman Cup"

The competition is divided into three competitions: SBS modified asphalt waterproofing, self -adhesive asphalt waterproof coils and polymer waterproof coils. At the South Campus of Hubei Industrial Automation Technology School in Shishou City, various tools, wooden molds and spray guns used for competitions are placed in the specified position. Participants need to perform waterproof operations on the mold within the specified time.

The competition time is an hour, and the contestants of each project are skilled in operation and independent construction, attracting many guests to stop and watch. On -site referees carefully observe whether the players' operations are standardized, whether the dressing and tool selection are reasonable, check whether the paint is flat and uniform, and score the players in strict accordance with the scoring standards. Many good "works" have won unanimous praise from the referee.

The referee Yuan Dong introduced that all projects refer to the technical standards of the World Skills Competition, National Vocational Skills Standards (III/Advanced Workers and above) or industry enterprise evaluation specifications for the corresponding level requirements, focusing on the ability to evaluate, strain and solve practical problems. It also tested the "craftsmanship" of the players.

After fierce competition, Wang Hongbo, Xiong Yunzi, and Zhang Yang won the first place in the three projects of the competition. After being reported to the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for approval, they will be awarded the honorary title of "Hubei Provincial Technical Expert".
