After each newly developed equipment is put into use, I have to go to the scene to understand the situation from the user, collect feedback, and allow the later research and development products to better serve the site production.

At 10:45, I came to the main room in the maintenance workshop and saw that Li Qingwen was operating the equipment, so he stepped forward to ask the situation. "The equipment is very stable, you are really helpful!" Li Qingwen affirmed that I gave me greater motivation.

The problem at the scene is the direction of our research. We have developed a lot of equipment like this, such as the rust -removing machine of the brake beam axis, and the automatic saddle automatic transmission device. We have a total of 192 technological innovations, obtained 10 national practical new patents, and generated more than 10 million yuan in direct economic benefits.

Innovation is the driving force for development. As the person in charge of the master studio, I will work hard to promote the "Four Primary and Four New" technical research.
