It is reported that the Zhangshan high -speed rail is an important part of the national coastal passage of the national "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high -speed railway network. It is also a major infrastructure project for the national "Fourteenth Five -Year Plan". Among them, the Fujian section is 12.6.6 kilometers long and the investment is 26.26 billion yuan, all in Zhangzhou.
