On September 22, the start -up mobilization meeting of the project of Huaihong Xinhe Irrigation District was held in Fenghuang Village, Xiaoyu Town, Wuhe County.

The Huaihong Xinhe Irrigation District Project is one of the 150 major water conservancy projects in the country, with a total investment of 10.4 billion yuan and a total construction period of 48 months.Construction content includes 29 large ditchs for dredging and irrigation, 32 new new ways of newly built, and 466 grooves, and renovation and enhancement of provincial irrigation test center stations.The main construction tasks of the irrigation district are mainly promoting the irrigation of farmland, combining waterlogging and staining, taking into account urban water supply and improving the ecological environment of the water.After completion, the irrigation area will reach 3.43 million mu, and the new irrigation area will be 1.72 million mu.
