Second, cobalt resources are very rare in the world, mainly distributed in Congo, Indonesia and Australia. The cobalt ore reserves proven in my country are only 130,000 tons, accounting for less than 2%. Third, nickel resources, my country is very rare, and the proven reserves are only about 4 million tons, accounting for about 4%of the world. The reserves of cobalt and nickel cannot meet the full electrification needs of cars.

"It is impossible for my country to be transformed from the neck of the fuel vehicle to the neck of the oil card to the era of electric vehicles by metal cobalt and nickel card necks.
