Strengthen residents' water -saving obligation

The second review stipulates that any unit or individual has the obligation to saving water.

In the water use session, regulations:

Resident water households should learn water -saving knowledge, understand water love prices, and enhance water saving awareness;

Master the method of water saving and cultivate water -saving lifestyles;

Select water -saving living water equipment and ensure good operation, and do not use the backward, high water consumption equipment and products that are eliminated by the country;

Actively cooperate with water -saving transformation, and find out that running and dripping and leaks are repaired in a timely manner;

If the living water of residents really needs to be changed to non -residents, it shall report to the water supply unit to be included in the management of non -residents' water households, and measures and pay alone.

Promote the transformation of old water supply pipe network

Running and leakage of old urban and rural water supply pipe networks is an important factor in the water supply of water supply.

In this regard, the second review manuscript suggested: First, it is clear that the municipal development and reform departments are in conjunction with the "financial, economic and informatization, urban management, water affairs, garden greening, agricultural and rural areas, taxation and other departments" and establishing a sound " "Differential water price" system.
