According to the announcement issued by the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Finance, in the results of competitive reviews, the top 15 cities entered the range of the national comprehensive freight hub to make up the chain in 2022.

These 15 cities include Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Jinan, Linyi, Ningbo, Jinhua, Xiamen, Fuzhou, Quanzhou, Guangzhou, Zhengzhou, Wuhan, Chongqing, Chengdu, Kunming.

It is understood that the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Transportation issued a joint notice this year. Since 2022, it will concentrate their efforts in about 30 cities (including cities in urban agglomerations) for about 3 years to implement the national comprehensive freight hub replenishment chain.

Among them, the six main axis cover the hubs of the major strategic areas of the country such as Beijing -Tianjin -Hebei, the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta, the Chengdu -Chongqing Economic Belt, the Yangtze River Economic Belt, the Yangtze River Economic Belt, the Guangdong -Hong Kong -Macao and other national strategic areas; The hub on the regional corridor and the edge channels encourages two or more cities to jointly declare comprehensive freight hubs.

According to the list of suggestions of the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Finance adopts the "reward and replenishment" method based on the financial resources, and specifically arrange a certain scale of vehicle purchase tax revenue subsidies to support local funds. The award -making funds do not exceed 1.5 billion yuan (RMB, the same below) in accordance with each city in principle. In principle, each urban agglomeration does not exceed 3 billion yuan in control. In the first year, the implementation of 500 million yuan in each city was subsidized (the total subsidy for urban agglomeration was controlled at the upper limit of 1 billion yuan).

Wuhan and other 15 cities won in competitive reviews. After the publicity period is over, they will receive the support of the central award supplement.
