Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, September 23rd. Comrade Han Kang, former vice president of the National Academy of Administration and member of the Party Committee, died in Beijing on September 10, 2022 at the age of 71.

After Comrade Han Kang's death, the relevant leaders of the central government expressed their condolences in different ways and expressed condolences to their relatives.

Han Kang, born in November 1951, was from Wuxi, Jiangsu.He joined the work in December 1968 and joined the Communist Party of China in February 1971.From June 1984 to September 1996, he served as a lecturer, associate professor, deputy director, professor, etc.From September 1996 to August 2003, he served as the head of the scientific research department of the National Academy of Administration, the director of the scientific research department, and the chief of the instructor.From August 2003 to August 2004, he served as a member of the Party Committee of the National Academy of Administration and the director of the Ministry of Education.From August 2004 to December 2011, he served as Deputy Dean and Member of the Party Committee of the National Academy of Administration.From December 2011 to August 2018, he was a professor at the National Academy of Administration.

Han Kang is a member of the 12th National Committee of the CPPCC and the president of the China Public Economic Research Association.
