On June 21, Zhou Xuewen, the Secretary -General of the National Defense General Secretary, Deputy Minister of Emergency Management and Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Water Resources, led the National Defense Working Group to assist in guiding the flood prevention and flood resistance of the Pearl River Basin in Guangxi. The Guangdong Working Group and Jiangxi Working Group sent in the early stage assisted in the guidance of flood prevention work in Shaoguan and Shangrao.

From 8:00 on June 20th to 8:00, northern Guangxi, northern Guangdong, southern Hunan, northwestern Jiangxi and southwest, northwestern Fujian, southern Zhejiang, southern Guizhou, southern Hubei and other areas occurred. Influenced by the rain, there were five rivers in the Guijiang and Qiantang River, and the largest floods occurred in the six rivers including the Le'an River and the Laushui. In response to the current flood conditions, the state's total response to the three levels of flood prevention is maintained. Guangdong launched the first -level emergency response to flood control at 19:00 on the 21st, and Guangxi maintained a secondary emergency response to flood control. Jiangxi increased the emergency response of flood prevention to the second level, and Fujian maintained a third -level emergency response.

The State Defense Office continues to schedule and guide related areas based on flood prevention, anti -danger, and disaster rescue, and grasp the responsibility measures of flood prevention. Guangxi implemented the "front -line work method" and grid management of flood control disaster relief. Guangdong strengthened mobilization and deployment. The secretary of the city, county, town, and village levels went deep into the front line and instructed to conduct a leading command to form a situation of "five -level secretaries on the flood prevention".

Since the beginning of this year, the national fire rescue team has participated in a total of 2451 flood rescue, dispatching 24,300 fire rescue workers, 4445 vehicles, 1255 boat boats, 2101 trapped in rescue danger, 9951 evacuation and transfer; the forest fire team used 2153 2153 People and 2 helicopters implement in advance and preparations for flood prevention in 38 areas.
