In 2017, Han had a total of 4 borrowings to Wei, with a total amount of 105,000 yuan, and the interest agreed in each borrowing was different. After borrowing, Wei issued 4 lenders from Han. After the borrowing expired, Wei had been repaid. Han asked for no confession to the court, requesting that Wei Mou had to repay the principal of 105,000 yuan and bear the cumulative interest of more than 90,000 yuan.

The judge learned that Wei repaid some of the interest in the first two years after borrowing, but later was in a state of loss. The judge's interpretation of the law explains the legal responsibility that will not be repaid on time. In the end, Wei recognized the facts and interest agrees of the loan, and Han was also willing to make more than 10,000 yuan. After deducting part of the interest, the two parties voluntarily reached an agreement. Wei repaid Han's borrowing principal of 105,000 yuan and bears the interest of more than 70,000 yuan. It was repaid before June 15, 2023.
