The total investment of the project is 500 million yuan, which is divided into two phases, involving the research and development, manufacturing, and training of low -altitude industries. The first phase of the project plans to build a low -altitude industrial science and technology innovation center, relying on the drone and expert workstation of Beiqing Tonghang Technology (Urumqi) Co., Ltd. to carry out the transformation of drone scientific research results. The second phase of the project plans to build a drone manufacturing base, build an integrated ecological environment of the "production, learning, research, and use" of the low -altitude industrial economy, and help the rapid development of the low -altitude industrial economy in Urumqi.

According to the person in charge of Beiqing Tonghang Technology (Urumqi) Co., Ltd., the project will also combine the needs of relevant professionals in Xinjiang Vocational College to carry out the needs of schools and enterprises to build low -altitude industries and education integration bases, and carry out low -altitude industry education and vocational skills certification training. Realize the vocational skills training of high vocational education, bachelor's degree education cooperation, and social personnel.

The project is expected to start construction next year, and the landing of the project fills the gap in the low -altitude industrial economic chain of the Urumqi Economic Development Zone (Tutun River District).
