It is understood that the new company will take the power battery rental business as the core to carry out power exchange technology research and development, battery operation management, and big data services.

New energy vehicles have entered a period of growth, and the industry development focus has shifted to consumer demand and experience improvement. Policy support has continued to increase, but the repetitive construction of different specifications for replenishment facilities, and the incompatibility of the power conversion interface of different models. It still slows down the speed of industrial development. According to the plan, Jienengzhi is currently under construction. On the Internet, relying on the "two barrels of oil" to spread more than 50,000 gas stations across the country, it has upgraded and created a comprehensive energy service station of "replaceable and charging". In terms of models, Jienengzhi will take the lead in cooperating with SAIC Group to launch multiple brands, covering all categories such as SUV, car, MPV, and commercial vehicles. Among them, Feifan's first flagship SUV-Feifan R7 will be available in September and will be opened in October, becoming the first landing model in the power exchange mode.
