It marked the official opening of the "Wenzhou-Seoul" international freight route. This is the fifth international freight route opened by Wenzhou.

Wenzhou was active in South Korea. In 2021, Wenzhou's trade with South Korea was 5.90 billion yuan, a year -on -year increase of 14.2%. "Wenzhou and South Korea have close economic and trade exchanges, but they have not been flying directly. After we found this business opportunity, we immediately started to connect the flight." Mao Fanglong, head of the office area of ​​Wenzhou Customs Airport, introduced that the "Wenzhou -Seoul" route is planned to perform six classes per week, and each shift can carry 17 tons of goods. "The opening of the Wenzhou -Seoul 'route will facilitate the export of goods from Wenzhou to South Korea and deepen China -Korea economic and trade exchanges." In order to ensure the opening of the new route, Wenzhou Customs actively connects relevant departments and jointly formulates the international freight aircraft business guarantee process and epidemic prevention and control measures. Open 24 -hour customs clearance services to enrich the front -line supervision forces to ensure that the goods are checked in time.

According to the statistics of Wenzhou Customs, from January to August this year, a total of 228 freight flights were supervised, and 424 million yuan in goods in and out of the country.
