One morning, the ship arrived at the unloading port for refueling operations. A refueling boat came next to it, and the large tube ship completed the refueling checklist. About an hour later, the fuel operation began. At this time, the goods operation has also begun.
At lunch, a first -class sailor found oil in the water and notified the duty staff of the goods office (OOW). When the first -class sailor came to the deck, he could see that the oil flowed from the hull side. When he walked into the goods office, he roughly explained the pollution situation and which side of the oily ship overflowed from the ship. Soon after, he called the captain and told him that there was oil leak on the ship. The captain informed the incident to the Coast Guard, Port Authorities, and designated personnel (DPA) on the shore.
At this time, the header of the duty also called OOW to ask what happened. OOW told him the oil leakage and asked if the fuel operation had stopped. The header on duty replied: "No." OOW told him to stop refueling immediately, and then ran back to the deck to meet with the captain and the head of the ride. Although the fuel operation has stopped, the fuel is still overflowing, and the head of the turbine realizes that the fuel is overflowing from the heavy fuel cabin (being added). Soon after, the port authorities arrived at the scene and placed a fence and absorbing pad around the ship. Unfortunately, the fence has failed to completely stop the fuel leakage. When all the fuel has been transferred and the oil compartment can enter safely, the crew checked the heavy fuel tank and found that the airb time had ruptured. They perform temporary maintenance of the pipeline, but permanent maintenance must be completed in the shipyard.

The Swedish Casino Association pointed out that the corrosive pipeline in the cargo cabin pressured a pipeline in the heavy fuel tank.
