On August 28, 2022, a student cadre of the Student Union of the School Student Union participated in the social practice activities, at the request of the business personnel of Zhengzhou Zemeng Enterprise Management Consultation Co., Ltd. to assist the company to organize students to participate in the online "Satisfaction Questionnaire" activity of the "Xinshi Dormitory" activity. The questionnaires of the QQ exchange group of student cadres were issued, and students 2020 and 2021 students participated in the questionnaire survey. After investigation, the last question of the questionnaire of the survey was to require students to log in to Xuexue.com and fill in the school code. The company involved conceald the real use of the student's signing code in advance. The student lacked the real purpose of the questionnaire survey. After the verification of the questionnaire students, there are indeed some students who have been stolen by some students, causing these students to be unable to enjoy preferential policies to purchase Apple tablets, headphones and other products within three months.

In response to the incident, the school's relevant departments had reported the case to the Wuxing Township Police Station in Xinyang City on the morning of September 19 and filed a case for investigation. The school league committee held a league school meeting as soon as possible to do a good job of student information statistics, incident interpretation and emotional soothing work. At the same time, the students participating in the questionnaire surveyed the student logging in the school to close the school code. Student cadres involved have been dismissed and ordered in -depth reviews to wait for further treatment. At the same time, a serious negotiation with the enterprises involved asked the company to immediately stop illegal violations and protect students' information security to the greatest extent. At present, the public security organs have mastered the personal information of the students involved in the company. They have ordered the company to not sell students' information and eliminate bad consequences as soon as possible to give our students a satisfied explanation. Relevant departments are maintaining close contact with the public security and online information departments to conduct further investigations to ensure students' information security.
