Tip 1:

The GB 35848-2018 "Commercial Gas Burning Equipment" includes the flameout protection device in the mandatory standard, and the commercial gas cooker must have a flameout protection device. And pay attention to the gas duct structure

Since October 1, 2019, the household gas cooker is included in the CCC certification management by industrial product production license management. From October 1, 2020, the household gas stoves that have not obtained the CCC certification and the labeled CCC logo cannot obtain the factory and sales. The production date after the production date of October 1, 2020 must have the CCC certification logo. Consumers make "three views" when buying a home gas cooker: look at the flameout protection device; the second look at the product CCC certification logo; the third look at the gas catheter structure. When the gas catheter of the home gas cooker adopts a hose connector, the "pagoda head" structure should be adopted. The structure of the gas duct is unqualified, which may cause the gas pipe to fall off and the air leakage. Consumers should not buy household gas stoves with unqualified fire protection devices, CCC -free certification signs, and unqualified gas catheter structures.

Tip three:

Bottle liquefied petroleum pressure regulator

Do not have adjustable functions,

The liquefied petroleum pressure regulator is commonly known as the pressure decompression valve or pressure regulating valve. The GB 35844-2018 "Bottle LNG Pressurer" has clear requirements for the product structure, that is, the pressure regulator must not have adjustable functions. When the exit of the household regulator is a hose connector (the "pagoda head"), the overcurrent cutting safety device shall be set on the imported side or exit side. Consumers should also achieve "three views" when purchasing: first look at the logo, the product packaging should be accompanied by instructions, qualification certificates, CCC certification, etc., and the pressure regulator housing includes the manufacturer's name, trademark, model, production date and gas gas. Flow direction. Second, look at the appearance, the overall structure of the product is stable, the processing is well -processed, and the corners are smooth and without burrs. At the same time, it depends on the wall thickness of the product. Generally, the larger the thickness of the regulator of the same specifications, the heavier the weight, and the higher the safety. Three look at the structure. When purchasing and using, you should choose a product without adjustable functions. When the exit of the pressure regulating valve is a hose connector, you should choose a product with overcurrent cutting safety devices.

Rubber and plastic hoses for household gas

The service life of common hose in the market is as follows

1. Rubber and plastic hoses for home gas: According to GB 29993-2013 "Technical Conditions and Evaluation Methods of Rubber and Plastic Hoster Pipes and Hoschen Planes in Household Gas" One year, the use period does not exceed 3 years.

2. The stainless steel ripple hose is connected to the gas utensil for 8 years.

The use of gas hose: National standards "Gas Engineering Project Specifications" (GB55009-2021), which are implemented from January 1, 2022 (GB55009-2021) Requirements: When using a hose connection, a dedicated fuel -connected hose should be adopted, and the use period of the hose should not be lower than that of the waste of the fuel. According to the "Furnishing Gas Burning Instrument Safety Management Rules (GB17905-2008), the sentence of the fuel stove from the day of sale is 8 years. Based on the new specifications, the service life of the hose must also be 8 years.
