State Drug Administration: The new version of the national cosmetics adverse reaction monitoring system will be launched next month

In order to implement the "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics", "Measures for the Supervision and Management of Cosmetics Production and Management", and "Measures for Monitoring and Management of Cosmetics Adverse Reactions", strengthen the monitoring of adverse reactions of cosmetics, improve the efficiency of reporting, analysis, and evaluation work efficiency of adverse cosmetics. The national cosmetics adverse reaction monitoring system will be upgraded and improved. The new version of the system will be launched on October 1, 2022. The relevant matters are announced as follows:

1. From October 1, 2022, cosmetics registrars, recorders, trustees, cosmetics operators, and medical institutions shall report through the national cosmetics adverse reaction monitoring system after discovering or knowledge of adverse cosmetics reactions. Cosmetics operators and medical institutions that do not have the conditions for online reporting shall report to the county -level cosmetics adverse reaction monitoring agency where the paper reports are reported through the paper report to submit the report online. Other units and individuals can report to cosmetics registered people, recorders, and domestic responsible persons to report the adverse reactions of cosmetics. They can also report to the departments of the county -level cosmetics adverse reaction monitoring agencies or municipal counties and counties. Submit the report online.

2. New registered users of national cosmetics adverse reaction monitoring systems, please click on the system login page (https://caers.adrs.org.cn/adrcos/) and click "Grassroots Institution Registration" to submit the registration application and fill in the relevant information. After the review is approved, the system registered user can use its account password to log in to the system to report the adverse reaction of cosmetics. The previously registered system users can continue to use its original account password to log in to the system on the above website to report the adverse reactions of cosmetics.

3. After registering the user login system, you can view the "System User Operation Manual" and "System Operation Video" on the system's "Welcome" page.
