During the investigation, community cadres are divided according to grids, focusing on the waste interval lines in the community, closed lines, telephone lines, telecommunications mobile network optical fiber, "zombie car" and "hood car" Wheel electric vehicles occupy car parking spaces, putting the boxes outside the window, private construction and private occupation of land planting. Among them, the electric vehicle occupies the parking space as much as possible to let him move away. "The cover car" first contacted the owner himself to inform him of the processing within 3 days. If he still ignored or could not contact the owner after the notification, he was handed over to the relevant law enforcement authorities for disposal. At the same time, patiently propaganda, actively persuaded residents, clarified the interest relationship, so that residents were aware of the hidden safety hazards of private construction, and encouraged residents to actively demolish them in a timely manner. This investigation has investigated 65 private random construction behaviors.
