Today, I came to the former site of Lunan First Party Branch of Matou Town, Tancheng County to tell you about the founding and leadership of the party organization of Tancheng.

In the Lunan Plain in Yimeng Mountain, Liu Zhiyan was the earliest member of the Communist Party of the Communist Party of Marxism -Leninism. He was born in Matou Town, Tancheng. He joined the Communist Party when he was studying in the first teacher in Jinan Province in 1924. When I went to Tancheng, I was a teacher in Qiaoyi Primary School in Matou Town.

In 1929, he developed Liu Huan and joined the party. He also contacted the party member Sun Zhenguo and established the first branch of the Communist Party of China. Liu Zhiyan served as secretary, Liu Huanhe served as deputy secretary, and Sun Zhenguo was appointed as members of the organization. Since then, the branch has actively launched Lu The Marxism -Leninism in Nanpingyuan has spread and launchs a working public, raised their struggle awareness and consciousness, and developed party organizations through various activities, laying the foundation for future party building and armed struggle.

In May 1932, Liu Zhiyan had a relationship with Tang Donghua, a special member of the Communist Party of China Xu Hai -Musk. Under the guidance of Tang Donghua, the CCP ’s Tancheng County Party Committee was formed. Liu Zhiyan served as Secretary. The county party committee of Lintong Central, uniformly leading the party organization of Linyi, Tancheng, Laoshi County, and Feixian. There are more than 300 party members.

We now come to Dasaozi Village, Cangshan County, and the former site of the Lunan Guerrilla Corps of the Chinese Workers and Peasants Red Army, and continue to tell the story of riots.

From 1932 to the spring of 1933, according to the instructions of the superiors, the county party committee planned two riots, all of which did not achieve it for some reason. In June 1933, the county party committee decided to decide to be centered on Cangshan, which has a weak Kuomintang rule, and organized the third riots. The meeting made a thorough arrangement of the location of the uprising, the composition of the team, and the division of the cadres, and formulated the top ten programs for the distribution of landlord property to the poor to the poor, and establishing the Soviet regime.

The county party committee decided to serve the riots on July 10. Later, due to the news, under the leadership of the party member Ling Yunzhi, on the evening of July 2, the riot was launched in Zhao Loulin Village to collect more than 40 landlords. Then attacked the armed forces of the landlords such as the village and other villages, and divided the landlord's property and food to the poor farmers. Forced the entire riots to be held on the 6th. On the morning of the 6th, leaders of the county party committee secretary Liu Zhiyan led the riot team to occupy Cangshan and nearby villages. The commander of the CEO, Liu Zhiyan served as the political commissar, and the five Soviet chairman of Zhao Xu, who suppressed the bully landlord to open the warehouse and put food, and repelled the many offensives of the reactionary group.
