The amount of sugar containing fruits and similar fruit juice is not much different.
However, unexpectedly, in terms of the unit value, considering the differences between the origin and processing process between raw materials, the sugar content between fresh fruits and similar pure fruit juice is not much different.
But this does not mean that drinking juice is not easy to get fat. Because a common kiwi is 60-100g, an apple is 100-250g, and an orange is 100-200g. And for children, replacing fruits instead of fruit can easily make teeth lack exercise, facial skin muscle strength weakens, and the regulation function of the eyeball weakens.
