Kaizhou, Yunyang, Fengjie, Wanzhou, Zhongxian, Liangping, Gongjiang, Fengdu, Fuling, Tongnan, Tongliang, Dazu, Laoshan, Yubei, Hechuan, Beiyi and other 16 districts and counties appeared heavy rain. Among them, Kaizhou dropped heavy rain, and the maximum rainfall appeared in Qingshi Village, Jiulongshan Town, Kaizhou, at 110.0 mm.

Affected by the rainfall, the water level of the Sanmiao Station of Sanmiao River in Hechuan was 1.46 meters. As of 8:00 on the 21st, the water level had fallen below the alert water level. In addition, 23 small and medium -sized rivers such as the Donghe East River and Hechuan Lotus Shixi have a 1-4 meters rising process, but the highest water level has not exceeded the alert water level.

At the same time, the Jialing River, Qujiang, Fujiang, and Qiongjiang Basin in Sichuan also occurred in heavy rain and heavy rainstorms; the Wujiang River Basin in Guizhou was small to middle rain. At present, the main control stations of each river are basically stable.

According to the monitoring of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, the water level of the Yangtze River inch beach station on the 21st on the 21st was 163.99 meters, which was 16.51 meters below the alert water level, 11,000 cubic meters per second, and the water potential rose; 14.95 meters, the flow of 5490 cubic meters/s, the water potential; Wujiang Wulong Station's water level is 169.01 meters, which is 23.99 meters below the alert water level, and the flow is 323 cubic meters per second.

It is expected that the water potential of the small and medium rivers in Chongqing is basically stable at 8:00 on the 21st to 8:00 on the 21st.
