Rural domestic garbage proportion of natural villages for receiving and transportation has reached more than 90%.

In addition, the Ministry of Transport, and the railway, civil aviation and other departments urged ships, railways, and civil aviation transportation companies to attach importance to the collection and disposal of domestic waste.

Improvement of hazardous waste disposal capacity

The report shows that as of the end of 2021, the national dangerous waste concentrated use of the disposal capacity of about 170 million tons/year, which was 3.3 times the end of the "12th Five -Year Plan"; 2019 increased by 39%.

Relevant departments severely crack down on illegal crimes involving hazardous waste and continue to carry out special rectification. 23 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities have established 12 crossed regional joint prevention or joint law enforcement mechanisms involving hazardous waste environments to promote cooperation in pilot "whitelist" pilots, disposal facilities, sharing, joint supervision and law enforcement, etc. to further strengthen Beijing -Tianjin Joint supervision of hazardous wastes in the Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, and Chengdu -Chongqing region.

Promote the treatment of new industrial state solid waste pollution

Facing new problems and new challenges, relevant departments effectively promote the treatment of solid waste pollution in new industry. The report shows that at present, the disposable foam plastic tableware and plastic cotton swabs have basically stopped production, and the use of the transition bag in the circulation of the postal express industry exceeds 90%.

In response to packaging issues, the relevant departments conscientiously implemented the "Opinions on Accelerating the Green Transformation of Expressing Express Packaging", and initially established the relevant legal, standards and policy systems that are compatible with the green concept.
