At 9:18 am on September 18th, the construction site of Xiamen New Convention and Exhibition Center-Convention Center, which is located in the new city area of ​​the Eastern Sports Convention and Exhibition District, the overall improvement of the 81-meter large span truss was successful.

The overall improvement is the top plate of the Ten Thousand Ten Thousand Conference Hall on the second floor of the conference center, with an area of ​​11,000 square meters -it is mainly composed of 14 榀 main truss, secondary truss and steel beams, with a total weight of 4,200 tons, of which the maximum span 81 meters is 81 meters. The length is 135 meters, and the height is 34 meters. Up to now, this is the overall improvement project of steel truss with the heaviest weight and largest area of ​​domestic venues.

If the traditional conventional construction method is based on the traditional conventional construction method, high -altitude bulk is required, while the safety risk is high, the construction period is also longer. As an important node of the project construction, in order to ensure the safety and efficient advancement of construction, the construction units, agency units and construction units have repeatedly studied and used expert demonstrations to eventually use the overall improvement method to install 81 meters large span truss.

The specific operation method is: first assembled on the ground, and then "ascended" to the designated position in the air. In other words, first to complete the overall improvement area assembly welding on the ground, and then use the 18 hanging points set on the surrounding main structure column to use the "hydraulic synchronization improvement technology" for overall synchronization. During the improvement process, a total of 36 hydraulic improvetors are used as the improved machine, flexible steel twisted wires are used as load -bearing tabs, and the hydraulic enhancetors are core structures -hydraulic improvisters are 250mm. The truss moves step by step.

The final completion of the overall improvement marks the project of Xiamen New Convention and Exhibition Center-Convention Center, which has begun to enter the indoor hardcover construction stage. It is understood that the project is invested and constructed by the International Trade Convention and Exhibition.
