Recently, Mr. Wu (pseudonym) of Foshan hung the idle items in the family on a second -hand trading platform. Soon, a "buyer" came to say that he wanted to buy Mr. Wu's items, but he could not pay the payment and then failed, and then followed. Send him a screenshot of "an order cannot be paid".

Subsequently, Mr. Wu scanned the QR code on the screenshot and quickly received the information of "online customer service". The other party said that the "integrity guarantee service" of Mr. Wu's account has not passed the review, which violated the relevant sale regulations and caused the buyer's funds to be frozen and asked Mr. Wu to deal with it in time.

Due to the first contact with the second -hand trading platform, believe that Mr. Wu was under the guidance of the "customer service", and successively specified the account to the other party to transfer the account to "open the service". It wasn't until the other party claimed that it was necessary to continue the transfer to trade normally that Mr. Wu realized that he was deceived and lost a total of 30,000 yuan.

Routine disassembly

In such scams, scammers have been performed by playing "buyers" and "customer service". "Buyer" is responsible for looking for goals, lied to say that there was a problem with the transaction payment, and sent a fake screenshot to let the victim contact the "customer service" to communicate and deal with it.

Immediately afterwards, the so -called "customer service" will continue to induce the victim's transfer on the grounds of "activating accounts" and other businesses. After receiving the money, the scammer disappeared instantly.
