In order to complete the detection of nucleic acid high -quality and reduce the risk of epidemic dissemination, the relevant requirements are notified as follows:

1. Nucleic acid detection time

From 6:00 on September 20, 2022, at 24:00 on September 23, 2022.

2. Nucleic acid detection area

Weibin District, Hongqi District, Makino District, Fengquan District, High -tech Zone, Economic Development Zone.

Third, nucleic acid detection requirements

(1) In principle, all units are at home and office, and aggregate activities are suspended, and productive enterprises implement closed -loop management. Schools, museums, libraries, fitness venues, training institutions and other related public places suspension activities (universities and boarding schools implement closed -loop management).

(2) Residents must strictly follow the arrangement of the epidemic prevention and control work, actively go to the designated location to participate in nucleic acid testing. For those who have no justified reasons, those who refuse to cooperate with the participating in nucleic acid testing will be held in accordance with the law.

(3) During the detection of nucleic acid, please consciously abide by the regulations for epidemic prevention. If you do n’t need to go out, do n’t gather, you must hold a 24 -hour nucleic acid negative result to prove that a member can go out to buy daily necessities.

(4) Non -emergency, treatment, material transportation, epidemic prevention and other vehicles in the nucleic acid detection area are limited.

(5) Except for special personnel such as emergency, communication, rescue, sanitation, power supply, water supply, water supply, gas supply, epidemic prevention, and medical treatment, other personnel must hold a unit or community certificate.

(6) The number of basic living materials such as shopping malls, supermarkets, and farmers' markets rationally controls the number of shopping personnel, and strictly implement the prevention and control measures such as temperature measurement, code scanning, wearing masks, checking nuclear acids, and schedule cards.

(7) The catering industry is packaged and operated under the requirements of the prevention and control of the epidemic.

(8) Each community and units shall regularly disinfect key areas such as elevator (corridor) and elevator keys, elevator keys, staircase handrails, and unit door handles frequently.
