The intersection news was launched in Nanjing's whistle. On September 19th, the scientific inspection of the Yangtze River Drying Porque in 2022 was launched simultaneously in Nanjing, Jiangsu, and Wuhan and Jingzhou, Hubei.

This inspection is the fourth Yangtze River Porque scientific investigation after 2006, 2012 and 2017. It is also the first river basin system survey after the implementation of the "10 -year -old fishing forbidden fishing" in the Yangtze River. Protection is of great significance.

The Yangtze River Pol old -fashioned is a national national first -level key protection wildlife. It belongs to the unique freshwater whale and dolphin animals in the Yangtze River. It is an important species for assessing the status of the Yangtze River ecosystem. The results of the scientific investigation of the Yangtze River in 2017 showed that the number of populations was about 1012 heads, and the population population was extremely endangered.

This inspection includes dry flow inspections and two lakes inspections. Four inspection team conducted dry flow inspections. The inspection from Yichang to Hukou from the Yangtze River, involving two inspection teams, launched in Wuhan and Jingzhou City; the inspection from the Yangtze River Ganliu Hukou to Ma'anshan section, and the Jiang section of the Yangtze River from Nanjing to Hekou District was launched in Nanjing.

Through this inspection, the current status of the number of peels in the Yangtze River and the environment of the habitat will be fully grasped, the overall evaluation of the number, structure and change trend of the peculiar pops in the Yangtze River, and the effect of scientifically analyzing the crisis factors and protection measures of the Yangtze River in the Yangtze River. The Yangtzepin porpoise protection plan provides a basis.

This inspection was organized by the Agricultural and Rural River Basin Fisheries Regulation Supervision and Management Office, and the fishery authorities, relevant scientific research institutes and social organizations of six provinces (cities) in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River participated. The inspection covers the dry flow of the Yangtze River, Poyang Lake, Dongting Lake, and some branch of the Luanjiang River in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. More than 120 inspection team members and more than 20 fishery administrative boats are implemented simultaneously. More than 30 scientific research players in Jiangsu participated in this porch scientific research.
