On September 19, the water conservancy project of Hengyang City started construction.The projects concentrated in Changning this time include Changning City Yishui Small River Stream Management Project, Xiangjiang's main tributary governance project, Lingshui main tributarction management project, small reservoir removal reinforcement project, and Yangquan irrigation zone.After the implementation of the project, it can complete the control of the river length of 29km, add and restore the irrigation area of 28,000 mu, and improve the irrigation area of 72,300 mu.All the projects were completed and put into operation before December 30, 2022.
