The influence is that the sea wind is above 7 or more at the sea area, and the waves are 3-5 meters high, and the situation is very critical.
Time is life, and danger is the command. After receiving the alarm, the station was sent to the scene for the first time, and the public security and fire protection departments participated in the operation. After arriving at the scene, the enforcement officer found that the waters where the shipwreck was located was rushing, and the rescue boat could not approach. She shouted to the trapped people to soothe the emotions. While intensifying the relevant departments, they stepped up and judged the rescue method, and finally decided to use a crane to implement rescue.
