05 participation rules

1. The theme of the work:

The theme of the work must reflect Nansha as the heart of the Bay Area, the new appearance of the future city, or related to Nansha. It can be people, things, things, scenery in Nansha, or Nansha's food, housing, travel, entertainment, and Nansha, and Nansha. Culture, sports, food, environment, service, history, etc.

2. Work Requirements:

6. Details: Short video duration requirements within 3 minutes.

7. Format requirements: The resolution of the work is 1280*720 or above, and accepts format files such as MPG, MPEG, AVI, MOV, WMV, MP4.

06 Selection rules

The score of this competition will be combined with the combination of expert selection and online ticket selection. Among them, offline selection will be divided into two rounds of development.

1. offline selection:

The organizer will invite provincial, municipal, and district industry experts to comment on all works, enter the check -in stage from the selected high -quality works from all participating works, and then score the reciprocating works.

2. Online selection:

Statistical scores released by shortlisted works in Nansha's style video number.

3. Score calculation:

Participants' final results = offline score (80%)+online traffic score (20%)
