Encourage localities to establish a benchmark cultivation mechanism for green manufacturing in the region, release the provincial -level green manufacturing list, and give priority recommendation to the enterprises or parks included in the list.

(1) Green factory

In various regions, please refer to the "GB/T36132-2018) to carry out self-evaluation and third-party evaluation. If the green factory evaluation industry standards have been released (viewing the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Information Technology), self -evaluation and third -party evaluation are conducted in accordance with the requirements of industry standards. The number of declarations in each region will be determined in accordance with factors such as industrial enterprises above designated size.

Each region shall organize industrial parks with good industrial foundations, complete infrastructure, and high green manufacturing levels. (4) Green supply chain management enterprise

(4) Evaluation agencies should abide by national laws and regulations and evaluation procedures, and be familiar with relevant policies and standards and standards of green manufacturing;

(5) With the ability to carry out the evaluation of green factories, green industrial parks, green supply chain and other fields, in the past five years, leading or participating in green manufacturing related review, demonstration, evaluation or scientific research projects at or above the provincial level, or national and industry standards formulation, green green, green Manufacturing related policies, etc.

The third -party evaluation work of the green manufacturing system is carried out by the application enterprise or the independent entrusted evaluation agency of the park.
