Notice on the performance evaluation of the provincial key laboratory and technical innovation center in 2022

Relevant municipal science and technology bureaus, relevant provincial departments, and relevant units:

In accordance with relevant management measures and performance evaluation methods, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology organizes a comprehensive assessment of the construction and operation performance from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2021, 2019. The notification is as follows.

1. Evaluation object

1. Provincial disciplines and enterprise key laboratories that have passed the acceptance of construction tasks.

2. Provincial technical innovation centers that have passed the construction task in the fields of materials, agriculture, construction and environmental protection.

2. Evaluation process

1. Submit the material. The platform relies on the "Hebei Provincial R & D platform Business Comprehensive Management System" [Performance Evaluation Management System "[Hebei Province R & D platform business comprehensive management system" module through the "Hebei Province Science and Technology Innovation Resources Public Service Platform" module, fill and submit the platform performance summary report, proof of evidence, and that can reflect the construction of the platform construction. Video (the video does not exceed 8 minutes, and the relevant requirements of the materials and video recording are detailed for details, see the performance evaluation module in the management system). Relying on the unit to complete the review before 17:00 on October 10, 2022, and submit it to the export management department. Relying on the unit must be responsible for the integrity and authenticity of the submitted materials.

2. State review. Please review and submit in the system before 17:00 on October 11, 2022.

Third, related instructions

1. Those who do not participate in performance assessment will revoke the provincial platform qualifications.

2. The application materials must strictly abide by the relevant national confidentiality regulations. The Provincial Department of Science and Technology does not accept confidential materials and shall not be bidded in the bidding level in non -confidential materials. If it violates the regulations, the person in charge of the unit and the platform shall bear the corresponding responsibilities.
