My name is Abu Duka Teri, 40 years old, and is a "legal understanding person" in Gullebag Village, Bareng Township, Akota Prefecture.

On September 13th, as soon as I walked into the village committee, I saw the elder sister and her husband standing at the door. As soon as I saw me, Ru elder sister hurriedly handed me a bag of green walnuts in my hand.

"Abu Du Naer, this is the green walnuts planted by my family. You take it home for the children." When the elder sister spoke, her husband held my hand and kept expressing his gratitude.

I was happy to see the couple as good as the beginning.

At the beginning of September, if the elder sister rushed to find me: "Abu Du Naer, you are the‘ law understanding person ’in the village, you come to give me justice, is your husband playing his wife?"

Seeing this, I first appeased the emotions of the elder sister, and then patiently listened to her about her encounter.

For example, the elder sister and her husband have been married for more than 20 years. On weekdays, she often quarreled because of family chores. Several times her husband even hit her. Recently, Ru Sister found a job in a company in the hometown, but her husband was not allowed to go to work and asked her to stay at home to feed the cattle. The two quarreled about it, and her husband hit her again. If the elder sister couldn't bear it, she proposed a divorce.

After understanding the situation, I found the husband of Ruyu. When he admitted that he did hit someone, I explained the law and told him that this belonging to domestic violence and bearing legal responsibility. Under my explanation, such as the elder sister's husband expressed his mistakes, regretted it, and didn't want to divorce.

I mediate the "back -to -back" of the couple. In the end, the elder sister's husband agreed to work in the enterprise and promised that there were family disputes in the future.

In the village, I encounter such contradictions and disputes every week. From Spring Broadcasting Signing Sale Contracts, borrowing borrowing between villagers, employment signed labor contracts to conflict and disputes between neighbors and family members ... In the past, some villagers did not know how to solve them. The rural and villages regularly organized the rule of law lecture hall and public legal service room. Everyone would think of solving problems in a legal way.

In fact, it is not only the ideological consciousness of the villagers. From "legal white" to "law understanding people", I have continued to improve in recent years.

Five years ago, during a business, there was a dispute over the trading contract. Later, with the help of legal consultants in the village, the loss was restored. This incident made me understand the importance of learning the law, so through hard work, I became a "legal understanding person" in the village.

The responsibility of "legal understanding" is to be a propagandist of laws and regulations, mediators of contradictions and disputes, transmitters of social conditions and public opinion, organizers of rule of law activities, supervisors created by the rule of law, and guidance of legal aid. In short, It is to serve the masses with legal.

In order to be a good "law and understanding people", I not only must regularly participate in online and offline training, and study related legal knowledge such as the "People's Republic of China", but also use it to help villagers solve practical problems with legal knowledge.

At the end of August, the villager Aisan Obul had a dispute with his neighbor Aisan Yakopp, and the two almost fought. After I arrived at the scene to understand the situation, I learned that Arsen Yakop installed his faucet on the wall near the Aison Opali House. It collapsed, and then found the theory of Aisan Akupu. Keyason Yakop believes that the faucet is packed in his yard, which has nothing to do with Aissen Opali.

In order to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of Arsen Obul as the neighboring power person, from a legal perspective, I explained to Yasan Yakupi to the law. In the end, he agreed to replace the position of the faucet, and the two shook hands.

As a "legal understanding person", every time I see the parties who have a mediation and shake hands, I have a sense of accomplishment and feel that what I do is very meaningful.
