The Guangdong High Court issued the "Calculation Standards for Personal Damage Compensation Compensation in 2022"

Recently, the notice of the Guangdong Provincial Higher People's Court issued the "Calculation Standards for Personal Damage Compensation Calculation in 2022" (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice"), and the people's courts at all levels in the province were implemented.

According to the "Calculation Standards for Personal Damage Compensation Compensation in 2022", the per capita disposable income of residents in the province in 2021 is: Shenzhen 70847 yuan/year, Zhuhai 64234 yuan/year, Shantou 35601 yuan/year, general region (the average level of the province (the average level of the province ) 54854 yuan/year. Regarding the food subsidy fee, the "Calculation Standards for Personal Damage Compensation Compensation in Guangdong Province in 2022" pointed out that according to the provisions of the Provincial Department of Finance's "Guangdong Caihang [2014] No. 67", it is 100 yuan/day.

The "Notice" also states that the first trial and second trial cases that have been concluded before the government statistics department announced the relevant statistics this year.
