Qilu chief technician is one of the provincial key talent projects established by the Shandong Provincial Government. As a senior technician of the glass melt, Chen Fengqing entered the Taishan glass fiber in 1999. The time is practiced in high temperature burning at more than 60 degrees Celsius. During the construction of the Taishan Bolf Fiber New Area, Chen Fengqing personally built bricks, top electrodes, drilled into the channel to spread glass balls in the process of masonry in the kiln.
